Nina Zaslavskaya – International PMU Master, Creator of Vogue Brows & Founder of Permanent Expert Nina Zaslavskaya is an internationally awarded PMU Master Trainer, renowned as the creator of the “Vogue Brows” technique—a signature method for hyperrealistic eyebrow hairstrokes with soft shading. She is also the founder of Permanent Expert by Nina Zaslavskaya, a leading PMU brand and federal network of studios with six locations across Russia, including Moscow, Kazan, and Ulyanovsk. Nina’s career is marked by excellence in competition and education. She was: European Team Champion (2017–2018) at the Moscow International Assembly Silver Medalist at PMU Paradise Congress (Tel Aviv, 2017) and PMU World Conference (Amsterdam, 2018) Three-time Champion of Russia (2020) in categories including Realistic Brows and Artistic Lips As a highly respected international speaker and judge, Nina has shared her expertise on stages such as: WULOP World Championship (Antalya, 2021) Permanent Evolution, Inter Permanent, and PMU Inspiration Fest Multiple online championships including Rising Star and International Paris Online Championship Her educational work also includes the development of “Vogue Lips – 3D Volume”, a technique for dimensional and volumized PMU lip design. Nina’s teaching is focused on real mastery through technique, structure, and results. Her work embodies innovation, elegance, and precision—and she continues to train top professionals both in person and online.
